ENCE have won the second closed qualifier for DreamHack ZOWIE Open Summer, which will be held in Jönköping from June 18-21, and are the final team who will attend the $100,000 event. 16 teams from across Europe spent their Sunday competing via the second closed qualifier to attend DreamHack ZOWIE Open Summer, an eight team, $100,000 tournament held in Jönköping, Sweden from June 18-21. With eight teams having been invited into the bracket and eight teams having fought their way through an open pre-qualifier, the round-of-sixteen matches proceeded generally as expected but it was in the round-of-eight where some upset results occurred such as Space Soldiers defeating Dobry&Gaming and Nicolai "HUNDEN" Petersen's Tricked taking down AGG. With both Tricked and ENCE defeating their opponents in the semifinals 2-1 (Phenomenon and Space Soldiers respectively), the two sides met in the grand final for a best-of-three showdown that would determine the final team to attend the $100,000 event. Things at first looked as if they would go Peter "Inzta" Kragelund & co.'s way as the Danish team claimed Train with a score of 16-10, but it was ENCE who fought back on the other two maps and claimed them quite easily: 16-5 on Mirage and 16-6 on Dust2.
